- Best way to go about this is to call one of our knowledgeable Customer Service Reps (800-791-2946) and tell them exactly what you want. Put together a graphic or a template and present that to your rep. We do this all the time and enjoy being able to make happen what others can't, or won't.

- Yes! You can either submit your quote request online and when one of our Sales Team reaches out to you, you can submit your spread sheet/graphic, or you can give us a call and get a good email to send it to before submitting your request.
  
  One thing to keep in mind, we can print just about anything on a Whiteboard, and our pricing is not dependent on the graphic itself. So you can submit your request without a graphic, and we will be able to quote your request the same as if you submitted the request with a graphic.

Can The Dry Erase Board Be Red? Asked By Jane on Apr 19th, 2018

- YES! Glass Boards. Our Arrow Glassworks line can make just about any color you want. Want to match a paint color? We can do that. We can match Pantone Colors and have many standard or premium reds already available. We have some stock glassboards Here that have a red option. Standard dry erase with a porcelain surface don't really come in red. I'm sure it can be done but I'm certain a manufacturer would want a minimum quantity to be purchased.

What Are Your Magnetic Boards Made Of Ie Porcelein Steel? Asked By Jeanna on Apr 10th, 2018

- Yes, most of our magnetic boards are a porcelain surface that is baked on a steel sheet. We also specialize in magnetic glass boards. Our Arrow Glassboard line has many options for a top of the line look and function. There are also painted steel boards but we recommend the Glass or Porcelain. All of our custom boards will be porcelain on steel though.

Do You Have An Itemized Price List For Each Of The Options? Adding Tray, Magnetic, Custom Graphic, Etc? Asked By Rebecca on Sep 19th, 2018

- We really don’t because we have about 10 different suppliers for these. However with some the tray doesn’t change the price, others it does. Magnetic will always add price but it could be porcelain, painted steel or Egan’s EVS surface. The moment you do graphic the suppliers narrow. The price of a custom graphic relies on what kind of graphic it is, what colors it takes and then how much our own design department has to put in (this is if you are using our design department, there is no fee if you have a ready-made graphic that is in vector format). I’m sorry I’m not really able to give you an itemized list as there are way too many variables.

What Is Wood Type And Finish? Can I Stain It Myself? Asked By Dave on Apr 11th, 2018

- Most wood framed units come with an oak or red oak wood. We can see if we can source it unfinished to do your own at home staining. That's the beauty of custom products. Otherwise, they are already stained and/or clear-coated. Have you considered glass? No frame needed and you can color match.

Where Is The Label Located On The Chalkboard? Asked By Maddy on Apr 16th, 2018

- The "Name/Label" field is not physical label or sticker. This is to reference a Job Name or Location Label i.e. "Biology Building Rm. 115" and can be used for marking the boxes so installers know where to mount them. We get orders through this tool for whole schools and this allows you to label them ahead of time.

What Does Unframed Skin Mean? Asked By Cynthia on Sep 19th, 2018

- An unframed skin is the writing surface only. Porcelain is a ceramic that is baked onto a steel sheet so it will hold shape and strength. Making it an ideal writing surface and magnetic at the same time. We have framed boards which are anywhere from a ¼” to ½” thick. We also have unframed panels which consist of a 24 or 28 gauge steel adhered to an MDF substrate with a foil backer. These have a rough edge as it is expected to be framed. The skin is just the writing surface, so it’s about 15 hundredths of a inch (or 1/64”) thick. These are notoriously tough to mount for anyone besides a professional. We have another product called Sharewall that is a bit easier to manipulate.
